We begin working with you about 4–6 weeks before your wedding, reviewing your plans, confirming details with vendors, and pulling everything together into one seamless timeline. From there, we take over the logistics, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to plan.

What’s Included:

Pre-Wedding Support
Up to three planning meetings to review your plans, finalize your timeline, and walk through your venue (if available). Unlimited email support for questions and adjustments.

Vendor & Venue Coordination
We confirm details with all your vendors, distribute final timelines, and ensure everyone is on the same page. We also coordinate directly with your venue to make sure logistics are handled.

Rehearsal Leadership
We lead your ceremony rehearsal (typically mid-week before the wedding), organizing your wedding party and ensuring cues are clear.

Wedding Day Management
From the moment the first vendor arrives until the last guest leaves, we’re there to manage the entire day. We direct the ceremony processional, oversee the reception flow, manage transitions, and act as the go-to person for vendors, guests, and your wedding party.
