Bartending Coordination

We assist clients with coordinating independent, licensed, and insured bartending professionals for private events. These bartenders bring professionalism and experience to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

All bartending services are provided by independent third-party bartenders, each holding the appropriate State of Washington Class 12 Mixologist Permit and carrying their own required insurance and licensing.

Heartbeat Events does not sell, supply, serve, or handle alcohol. Alcohol is provided by the client and/or venue. Bartenders operate under their own business name and are solely responsible for alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws.
